The CFO's Challenge: Choosing the Right
Technology Foundation to Deliver Growth

Webcast Available on Demand

Duration: 1 hour

Sponsored by Intacct

Webcast Summary

One of the biggest questions currently facing CFOs is how best to leverage technology to build the strongest foundation for success in an ever-demanding leadership role. The finance organization owns what is arguably the most business-critical core technology within any organization: its financial and ERP systems. Because so many areas of an organization rely on these core systems, the technology decisions finance leaders make about these systems impact many areas of the organization, including sales, marketing and operations.

At the heart of these technology decisions is a strategic choice between best-of-breed cloud-based solutions or a single software suite.  When making technology decisions, it is essential that CFOs consider whether a single suite or combination of best-of-breed solutions provides the best architectural structure to support a company’s growth trajectory.

During this Webcast, we will outline the relative merits of software suites and combinations of best-of-breed cloud-based solutions in helping CFOs overcome hurdles to achieving profitable growth.  From this Webcast, you will learn how to:

  • Define the value proposition of a best-of-breed approach versus the value proposition of a single-suite approach for your company;
  • Evaluate the extent to which your finance team can realize the full benefits of the cloud; and
  • Establish an approach to deploying technology that is scalable and that your company can adapt to meet its needs.
